Marcus Guardian is the General Manager of BCCH. His background in European HTA collaboration includes serving as Chief Operating Officer of EUnetHTA and currently also serving as General Manager of the International Horizon Scanning Initiative (IHSI). At BCCH, he oversees the organisation's strategic direction and operations.
Gergő Merész is a Senior Project Manager at BCCH, working across Joint Clinical Assessments (JCAs) and Joint Scientific Consultations (JSCs) under the EU HTA framework. His experience spans European HTA initiatives, including EUnetHTA Joint Action 3 and EUnetHTA 21, as well as previous leadership of the HTA Department at Hungary's National Institute of Pharmacy and Nutrition.
Paola A. Rivera Ramirez is a Project Manager at BCCH, working across JCAs and JSCs under the EU HTA framework. Her background is in Health Technology Assessment and clinical evidence evaluation. Prior to joining BCCH, she conducted HTA assessments in Peru to inform national funding decisions for medicines.
François Dib is a Project Manager at BCCH, working across JCAs and JSCs under the EU HTA framework. He is a pharmacist and health economist with a strong background in market access, health policy, and healthcare innovation, including experience at the European Commission (DG SANTE), where he contributed to policy initiatives addressing the access, availability, and affordability of medical products in Europe.
Merle Tenberg is a Project Manager at BCCH, with a focus on JCAs and JSCs for medical devices under the EU HTA framework. Her background in European HTA includes project management for EUnetHTA at Zorginstituut Nederland, as well as experience at the European Medicines Agency (EMA).
Julien Delaye is the Patient Expert Manager at BCCH, coordinating the involvement of patients, carers and clinical experts in EU HTA activities. His background combines patient engagement and health policy, including several years at EURORDIS working to strengthen meaningful patient participation in Health Technology Assessment.
Julie Braeckmans is an Administrative Officer at BCCH, contributing to the organisation's day-to-day administration and operations. Her work covers meeting organisation, communications, financial follow-up, and logistics for BCCH's collaborative activities.
BCCH was established by RIZIV-INAMI, with HTA bodies from Belgium, Portugal and Ireland currently serving on its Board of Directors. The Board reflects BCCH's collaborative European foundation and provides strategic oversight of the organisation.
